 How to export: Cut your clip down to size using the mark in and out tool to eliminate the chance of having a random clip dragged at the end of the edit.

Then go file, export, media and change the following settings.


Change the format it H.264 because it is an mp4 file, change the bitrate encoding to VBR, 2 pass and put the maximum bitrate to 20. Don't forget to click the output name to find where your file is being saved.
