Hero Development

 Ideas for my hero

Hero Idea 1:

My first idea is to create a quick, damaging character that aids the use of magic for its attacks. The character will be light on its feet, having a higher rate to dodge attacks. Despite its dodging, the character has a low amount of health but can deal good damage to enemies.

The appearance of the character will be very shrouded and secretive, some vials of mysterious potions and parts of maps are strapped to the character. The character will appear always uncannily clean and wears a light, fur coated, almost cultist overalls to hide their identity and create an air of uneasiness to foes. The colors I am thinking that will suite my character is navy blue with red trim with a red dyed whip.

Backstory: The backstory of the character is that they were once a mapmaker, sacred and often lonesome beings that goes around the DD2 world fighting foes and bartering to explore and get info about the far reaches of the land. The mapmakers were disbanded recently and is now freelance, working for what they find suits them and will benefit them in a suitable way. Quite a quiet and secluded character as they are trained  to be a mapmaker from a young age and brought up through rigorous training.

Hero Idea 2:

An idea I would like to develop for my hero is to make a heavy, tank character that is mainly a support character to the other heroes in your group.

The appearance of the hero would be quite heavily built and has rock armor because his main element of attacks is earth and rock based, which will support his "chiseled" and "heavy set" appearance. Because of his use of earth, the character is always dirty and has muddy and withered hands. The character will be wearing heavy and thick armor,  that covers his whole body, which portrays his heavy-set appearance. This also makes him a slow and lumbering character that is defense
based.

Backstory: The backstory of my character is that he was born and raised in a rural and mountainous region of the Darkest Dungeon world along with his 4 brothers. His father and his father before ect. were tool smiths, using the natural resources around them, hard, rocky materials, that toughened the boys skin. He became very talented at tinkering and fixing weapons, thus becoming a great support hero. He left his village because of the increasing unrest that he saw around him and wanted to be a part of change.
